This policy explains what ARGOISH does with the information you give us through this website. It is written to be read, not to be dense.

Who we are

ARGOISH is an exporter of Indian natural products, based in Dadri, Uttar Pradesh, India. For anything in this policy, write to sales@argoish.com.

Available on request: add the registered company name, full registered address and, if you appoint one for EU enquiries, a representative. A privacy policy without an identifiable legal entity behind it does not satisfy GDPR.

What we collect

Only what you type into the enquiry form:

Name and company
Country
Email address
WhatsApp or phone number, if you choose to give one
Product, quantity and packaging requirement
Your message

We do not run advertising trackers or analytics profiling on this site. If that changes, this policy will be updated before it happens.

Why we hold it

To answer your sourcing enquiry: to send specifications, pricing, samples and shipping terms, and to continue that conversation if you want to trade with us. Nothing else.

Where it is stored

Enquiries are sent to a Google Sheet held in ARGOISH's Google Workspace account, and a copy is emailed to us. Google acts as our processor and may store data on servers outside India and outside the EEA. Access is limited to the people at ARGOISH who handle enquiries.

How long we keep it

Available on request: choose and state a retention period — 24 months from last contact is a reasonable default for B2B sourcing enquiries. Delete this note once decided.

We do not sell your data

We do not sell, rent or trade enquiry data. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We share it only where we must to answer you — for example, with a freight forwarder when you have asked us to quote shipping.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it. Email sales@argoish.com and we will action deletion requests within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK you also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which will see your IP address as part of serving the request.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
